Welcome to Hull Heritage Prints, the first port of call for photographs and pictures of Kingston-upon-Hull. Hull is located on England's north-east coast in the county of Yorkshire. It was once one of the world's largest fishing ports. The city was also heavily involved in the whaling trade of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Today, Hull's maritime and industrial history is commemorated at Hull Heritage Prints at the Memory Lane Photographic Gallery. We have an extensive collection of pictures, and several hundred photographs depicting Hull's trawler and merchant fleets, aircraft, trains and sporting events, together with photographs of Old Hull and the towns and villages of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Over the last eighteen years we have amassed a library of over 10,000 images. Some examples are displayed within this web site. We also have catalogues of published pictures from which prints can be ordered if not already in stock. We aim to offer a first class services despite the fact that many of our historical images have suffered the ravages of time. We have just moved into improved premises where we can offer better facilities for viewing and purchasing from our library. You can purchase a photograph and have it framed . Click here for details of our prices. We also have available prints of The Bounty, which was built in Hull. We hope you enjoy your visit. Explore Hull's fishing history, and its rich heritage. |
